The Institute provides educational content, including lectures, articles, and research, related to the North American financial markets. Our Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a brokerage firm and do not facilitate any financial transactions.

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your account access with others. The content provided is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have an Institutional license.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription to our Services, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription Period') as indicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period unless you cancel it through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

All content provided through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

We do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Services will be available at any particular time or location; or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
